Hosting to your own gender
I have had quite a few new hosts ask me if it okay to host to their own gender and avoid any potential conflicts with guests stays. The answer to this one is YES – you can turn down a guest of the opposite gender if you do not feel safe hosting them or comfortable having themn in you your home.
